About Me

Art has been an integral part of my childhood and my parents played an important role in shaping that artistic mind. My mother Nisha Kale has been an inspiration for me and is responsible for my introduction to the wonderful world of art. She always maintained an environment of exploration which created the interest as well as a passion that has lasted a lifetime.

After marriage once we started a family, of course the priorities shifted. I started focusing on enhancing my skills in drawing and painting from accomplished art instructors and professor. As I started venturing
into art with different mediums, oil became my absolute favorite. I like to work with multiple canvases to create a series that outlines a story, establishing a dialogue with the viewer.

Over the years, my work has been displayed in New jersey (Flemington, Clinton, Princeton) as well as in New York. Being a cancer survivor has helped me have a unique perspective and become more aware of The Human Experience. These experiences have helped me understand the value of this short LIFE and I intend to contribute to humanity in a small way by giving back…… To that end, I instruct kids and volunteer my time with art projects in the community that we reside. I also make it a point to connect with artists in my community and learning from each other is a beautiful gift.
